Committee and general meetings are held every four to six weeks at Kookaburra Retreat. The date and time are communicated to members via email, and an event is also created in the Facebook SDFA group. All current SDFA members are welcome to attend general meetings and are encouraged to share ideas, learn how to volunteer, assist with fundraising, or help with administrative tasks.
Additionally, members are invited to make suggestions. However, you must first contact the SDFA Secretary via email to ensure your issue is included on the agenda. Alternatively, you can submit a written request to the SDFA Secretary to be discussed at the next committee meeting.
