This was something that I used to consider often, especially at 3am when I would wake feeling anxious and promising that I wouldn’t drink that day, or the next.
I never had a ‘rock bottom’ moment but I just knew that alcohol wasn’t serving me and was having a negative health impact, weight gain, poor sleep, increased blood pressure, puffy skin and eyes, to name a few.
