You are invited to attend our AGM for 2016.
RSVP your attendance by 19th October. Click going on the event link and/or comment in an email with nominations or agenda items.At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
• find out about SDFA’s operations and finances
• speak about any items on the agenda
• vote on any resolutions proposed.
At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
• accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
• accept the annual report
• accept the annual financial statements
• elect committee members, nominations for executive positions are now being taken for the following (you can nominate yourself): President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.

• elect members for non executive positions, nominations for Playgroup Coordinator, Fundraising Coordinator, Craft Coordinator and Social Media Officer are now being taken.
